Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AgentStack is a product of Anakatech (ABN available on request), based in Perth, Western Australia. We build and sell pre-configured AI agent packs for use with ChatGPT, Claude, and OpenClaw platforms.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to process your purchase and deliver your products:

  • Email address — to send your download link and receipt, and to allow you to access your dashboard.
  • Purchase data — product name, amount paid, order ID. Provided by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor).
  • Contact form submissions — if you contact us, we store your name, email, and message to respond to you.

We do not collect: passwords, payment card details (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy), or any behavioural tracking data beyond basic page analytics.

3. How we use your data

  • To deliver your purchased agent packs via secure download link
  • To allow you to log in to your customer dashboard
  • To respond to support and contact form enquiries
  • To send important product updates (not marketing spam)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Supabase for auth/database, Lemon Squeezy for payments).

4. Third-party services

  • Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor and Merchant of Record. They handle all payment processing and tax compliance. View their privacy policy at lemon squeezy.com.
  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your email and purchase history are stored here. View their privacy policy at supabase.com.
  • Cloudflare — we use Cloudflare for DNS and CDN. They may log basic request metadata.

5. Data retention

We keep your purchase records for 7 years as required for Australian tax/accounting purposes. You may request deletion of non-purchase data (contact form submissions, etc.) at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those required for authentication (Supabase session token). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to customers via email. The latest version is always at agentstack.anakatechllc.com/privacy.
