Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing from or using AgentStack (agentstack.anakatechllc.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Anakatech ("we", "us", "our").

2. What you're buying

AgentStack sells digital products — pre-configured AI agent instruction files for use with ChatGPT Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, and OpenClaw. You are purchasing a perpetual licence to use these files for your own personal and commercial purposes.

Delivery is via instant download after payment. Your purchase is accessible through your customer dashboard at any time.

3. Licence

When you purchase an agent or pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

  • Use the agent files for your own business or personal use
  • Deploy agents within AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenClaw)
  • Modify agent files for your own internal use

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the agent files (in whole or modified form) to third parties
  • Package or bundle these agents as a competing product
  • Share download links or access credentials with others
  • Claim authorship of the agent files

4. Payments & refunds

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle billing, receipts, and tax compliance globally.

Because AgentStack products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@anakatech.llc and we will resolve it promptly.

5. AI platform requirements

Our agent packs require active subscriptions to third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or OpenClaw). We have no affiliation with OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenClaw's parent company. You are responsible for maintaining your own platform subscriptions.

6. Disclaimer

AgentStack agents are AI instruction files. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in these domains.

We provide agents "as is" and make no warranties about specific outcomes. AI output quality depends on the underlying platform you deploy to.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anakatech's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Western Australian courts.
